The 90-day Careexpand Founding Experience runs in a contained workflow alongside your current EHR — no rip-and-replace, no heavy IT project. Four milestones, the same path for every Founding Practice.

Qualification call
30-minute fit conversation: practice size, specialty, decision maker, the workflow you'd run, and what success looks like. We sign the founding agreement and BAA on the spot if it's a fit.
- Day 1–5
Kickoff & onboarding
Account setup, concierge workflow mapping with your team, and a one-page success plan. 30–45 minute training for physician and key staff. You go live on the selected workflow alongside your current EHR.

Run the 90-day experience
Careexpand runs in your real workflow alongside your current EHR. Two 30-minute structured feedback calls along the way, plus a direct channel to the product team between them — your input shapes the next release.

Final review & decide
Review the metrics together. If you choose to continue under a separate commercial agreement, eligible founding practices may receive founder pricing and an implementation credit toward onboarding — or walk away with no further commitment and supported data export.

- Direct access to the product team
A named contact and direct feedback channel so your experience can help shape the product roadmap.
- Defined feedback participation
Selected organizations will be asked to participate in structured feedback activities, including onboarding feedback, check-in calls, and a final evaluation.
- Potential feedback honorarium
Eligible participants may receive a modest feedback honorarium for completing defined feedback activities, subject to applicable legal, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Implementation credit if you continue under a separate agreement
Eligible founding practices that choose to continue under a separate commercial agreement may receive an implementation credit toward onboarding and implementation services.
- Founder pricing eligibility
Eligible organizations may receive founder pricing terms if they choose to continue under a separate agreement after the early-access period.
- Clean exit
No long-term commitment. If you do not continue, we support data export in accordance with the agreement and applicable privacy/security requirements.
Participation does not require referrals, endorsements, testimonials, marketing activity, patient volume, claims volume, prescriptions, or any commitment to purchase or continue using Careexpand EMR. Any honorarium is tied only to completion of defined feedback activities. Program terms, including any feedback honorarium or implementation credit, are subject to applicable legal and compliance review.
